Spare Space did an absolutely fantastic job on our garden office. We selected them after receiving seven separate quotes, and Spare Space were one of only three that actually attended the site before quoting. Whilst the costs across the board were relatively similar, we selected Spare Space due to the fact they appeared to provide a better level of customer service and were more responsive at every stage of the process. We were not disappointed and their whole team turned out to be a great bunch of guys with excellent attention to detail and care throughout. Any snags were resolved within 24 hours of asking, and there were barely any. I would not hesitate to recommend them - everything was completed on time and within budget, with no surprises. We have now been using our garden office for over 2 months and we are absolutely delighted with it. We had an awkward patch of garden on a slope where nothing really grew or a site on the main lawn. Andrian & Rob persuaded us to use the awkward patch and we ended up with a beautiful, light and airy L shaped building which looks great from all angles. They were a pleasure to work with and the building team were brilliant. Chris - you were a joy to have around. We cannot recommend this company highly enough.

We used Spare Space Ltd for a 25m square millboard raised decking area in the garden. After an initial difference of opinion on measurements (which was resolved quickly, amicably and 'at cost'), things went very smoothly.
The team on site were extremely friendly and helpful (both for the groundworks and the carpentry) and they checked in with us regularly, rather than making assumptions about details and ploughing on.
This led to us getting a great new space to enjoy as a family, with excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. I'd recommend Spare Space Ltd and will be asking them to quote when the next job comes around...
